Folk & Feast was founded to do one thing well: turn fragmented smallholder land into structured, productive value chains — without displacing the farmers who built them.
The company leads the consolidation of approximately fifty hectares of farmland across Brgy Batas in Silang, Cavite — aggregated from multiple smallholder owners under a Public–Private–Producer Partnership.
The land is anchored by partner lands, which holds and stewards the land base and convenes the farmer communities.
Folk & Feast Land Inc. operates the agribusiness layer — technology, training, processing, and offtake — in joint venture with regional agri-tech partners.
The result is a single, ground-level pilot of what regional policy has been calling for: a structured, inclusive, climate-adaptive food system that scales from one barangay to many.
